      Sales Executive

      Pros

      If you can go 60 days without getting paid from this job, you will learn that there are better industries and companies that you should pursue.

      Cons

      This is a highly competitive industry that is beyond saturated with sales people and a reputation of slick and sleazy sales tricks. Business owners consider you the lowest of the low that call on them for business. Very little of what they will tell you turns out to be the case when you are in the field. They do things different from a compensation standpoint and product offerings but in the end you will figure out that there is nothing special. If you have a college degree, value it and find something else to pay your bills and build experience. Working at corporate seems to be satisfactory which is why the ratings are inflated much higher than they should be. If you are looking to work in the field you will be on an island and realize that you have been wasting your time and making no money.

Where we do disagree: everyone at Corporate is here to support, and our Sales Partners are not on islands. As you mentioned, we have differentiated compensation and product offerings and we do believe that in-fact they are special.       A pyramid scheme in the works.

      Pros

      I don’t have a single good thing to say.

      Cons

      Incredibly misleading hiring practices and compensation structure. You will be forced into whatever compensation structure they want you in. You will get a different answer from every person you speak to in the company. They expect you to work without compensation until you reach certain sales quotas. If you say something your manager doesn’t like expect to get a call from their president. Need I say more?

      First and foremost: we are not engaging in a pyramid scheme, and hate that you feel that way. Rather than a negative, I believe that me calling to discuss compensation reinforces how seriously we take making sure people are paid correctly. We do appreciate your feedback though.       Owners President leadership and fellow employees have your back. The best POS in class. Fabulous value proposition. 100% transparent. The rewards a huge!

      Cons

      You have to work hard. That's not a con but more of your own work ethic. Been here going on 3 years.. No con at all!
