      Great team and growing business

      Pros

      The business is growing, so it's an exciting time to be a part of it. The culture is entrepreneurial - they're ready to give anything a go in order to learn and grow. The fast pace. The team is fun and work really well together. The office is in a fintech shared office space which is very cool and collaborative.

      Cons

      Startup's are not for everyone, so if you're super structured, then this is probably not for you.
