Pros
The product is passable, albeit in my opinion significantly overpriced.
Cons
Business Development is so poorly managed they will probably be dissolving it entirely. Strangely, all blame for this gets put on staff as opposed to the laughably antiquated outreach methods. BusDev are essentially forced to hound random target accounts without any strategy or sales training with the most generic messaging possible and when they don't meet targets they get dressed down publicly.
