Pros
+ Opportunity to learn and grow as an individual + Company sponsors some fun outings + Company has earned a name in the community (positively and negatively) + Opportunity to learn patience and gain professional skills
Cons
- Micromanaging from day one never ends, so you never feel that you have autonomy in your job - The entire company has a bad attitude, from management down. Nobody is happy or friendly, but many are extremely cliquey. Prepare to feel awkward, left out, or stupid 99% of the time. - None of the teams works together well because nobody knows how to communicate professionally - Company culture is poor - The company tries to cheat employees at every opportunity, such as making them pay for parking spots that the company receives for free. - Management constantly fumbling and experiencing growing pains at the expense of employees, who are never satisfied. - Employees are constantly pushed so the company can make more profit, yet employees will never see benefit from their work

Pros
Lots of downtime so you can do other things, like search for a new job.
Cons
No respect. Opinions aren't listened to even when they're asked for. The owner is a creepy little pervert. Micromanagement. Pay isn't competitive. Very cliquey environment; the owner has his favorites and everyone else is pretty much worthless. Lots of office drama caused by just two employees who the owner refuses to get rid of for whatever reason.
