      Friendly, positive and supportive colleagues Full training provided with access to continuous learning Remote working. Ability to plan out your own workload for the day. Generous commission structure.

      Pros

      -Very reasonable hours -Pension + EAP provided -Good commission structure and starting salaries -Supportive teammates and Director -Fully remote working -Morning team meetings -Early finish Fridays -Team celebrations for birthdays, special life events, Christmas, etc...

      Cons

      -Recruitment is fairly independent work, so your days can be quiet/have limited contact with your team sometimes -Workload/client expectations can be intense, but support is always given
