The YouTube industry is fun Work life balance is good Smart people on the tech side

Cons

No raises. Inflation goes up 6%, your real wages go down 6%. Some managers are not good with people at all and have driven top performers away from the company Despite the marketing the company trajectory is not looking good Promotions come externally not internally, so your stuck in your hired role

There are a bunch of mean girls that work there and they are very elitist. They don’t care about you at all. They only care about what you can do for them.
