      It' s difficult to find any.

      Cons

      The CEO thinks himself as a king and give commands. And the folks here obey the same without any question asked. No encouragement for innovation. False hopes are given to employess regarding funding, acquisition. The place is full of telugu people and they talk in telugu in meetings also. Then why didn't you conduct the meeting among yourselves? Why did you invite everyone? Very bad culture. No structure in the company and best practices aren't followed atall. They hire amatures at very less pay giving false hopes.

      Nothing in positive about Spoyl. It is a spoilt rotten fruit

      Cons

      Ranging from CEO till the key members of the startup are all telegu people so you can find racial affinity among them. They get benefits at the cost of others

      Pros

      The people who work here are extremely smart, driven, and they really care about the company. The founder and the CTO have been humble enough to help anyone, anytime. Also, No beating around the Bush. You do well, you're recognized and compensated well. You cannot portray something that you didn't do. You are given full creative freedom to explore all the possibilities.

      Cons

      It's a fast growing startup and is bound to have a bit of chaos. If you can't handle the pressure, this is not the right place for you.
