Product range was good, some people in the company very were very helpful.

Cons

-Average wages -no professional progression -Management are very quick to judge not leaders just dictators. -Company moved to CRM system to help micromanage staff VERY High company turn over( I have heard from current employees 18 people in last 24 months), the old staff who have been there for 20 years are stuck in there ways and won't change or consider opinions.

Good product range and resources. Staff in the US very supportive

Cons

Toxic culture, not team orientated and lack of inclusion. Micromanagement and not equally respected and supported. Very high staff turnover.
