- Free snacks. - Flexible timings. - Fixed CTC.

There are so many cons. - Management is worst. - If you are fresher, then no proper mentorship is given to you. - Company does not respect their employees. - No posh policies. - No proper assignment of project. Some people will be with no work and some people will be with so much of work burden. There is no balance in work assignments. - No professionalism. - Most of time people talk in local language. People who don't know local language find difficult to understand what discussion is going on between team in project meeting. - Salary delay (for more than 4 months) - Even if you leave company, you will have to beg and chase HR for your remaining 5 months salary settlement, on top they don't respond you properly.

-The main issue is salary which is delayed up to 3+ months. And you need to constantly beg for the salary. - Project estimates are very poor. They are in the favour of client and not the developers. - Technology change is very common. If you are working on one technology and getting the expertise they will surely change your technology and will not give much time to learn. - They will not understand developer's concerns. - Some employees are made to work on the multiple projects at a time with high pressure and there is no proper management of project working times. - Flexible timings are good for some people only and if you do extra work on off days also you are neither getting any extra pay nor even appreciation.

- Salary is nearly always delayed - Lack of process - no performance or code reviews, people are not encouraged to use tools and processes effectively. - No one cares about the quality of the product. The only focus is on acquiring and finishing off projects in record time. You're just expected to magically churn out the best software with no guidance and impossible estimates. - Poor infrastructure - shabby office space, scanty and unclean parking and bathrooms

Excel sheel managers decide your review who don't even understand or want to understand what you actually work on or are facing issue with. Apart from 4-5 good projects others are blood sucking clients who will harrass you on whatsapp that too on weeknds/late night. Salary was late for upto 5-6 months but now its back to normal but not sure for how long the inflow will be steady. Some good leads help you learn good stuff. Safe haven for womens, even if you are dumb as a brick. If you are luck you will end up in a good team or else you will regret joining.

Flexible timings means client calls till 10:30-11pm !Lack of technical managers with good number of years of experience. You get designation based on number of years of experience and not if you are fit as a employee or not. There are multiple cases of harrasment of female employees which are just ignored. No policy of employee training of new technologies. Not that its a problem that its a Female dominated company, But if you see all the Men's resign then you have to wonder whats the trend thats causing them to resign. Too much politics and biased towards female employees.

However, your post is untruthful and full of malice and does not have an iota of truth. All allegations relating to inappropriate working hours, harassment from clients and non payment of salary on time are false and baseless.
Allegations relating to women employees facing harassment and on the other hand women employees also being favoured is totally untrue. We are a professionally managed company and have transparent code of conduct, anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies with adequate grievance redressal processes including a POSH committee.
A better approach to handle grievances is to seek redressal before the right committee rather than make false allegations anonymously on a website. However, we may also choose to initiate appropriate legal action against such false posts and comments in the interest of justice and equity.

I would like to thank Spring CT management for helping me to continue my career. Seniors are very helpful and knowledgeable.
