Disrespectful upper management They do not pay well They are rude

The owners have left this company in the hands of people that have no interest in employee retention. They have drastically reduced staff and over works the individuals that are left. When the unable to meet the unreasonable double duty demands you will be fired. Their idea of showing “employee appreciation” is pizza and $50 gift card in the holiday season. No one is held to the same standard and when held accountable for unfair treatment management will often cower and hide behind subordinates. Leadership lacks couth and decency and are completely disconnected from the actual people allowing this company to run.
