Pros

Culture. Work-Life Balance. Perks. People. Everything here is top-notch. Everyone here is the best at what they do. Everyone here works together, supports one another and loves their job. Every day for my first two months at Teespring I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Then I assumed that I would eventually stop loving it so much. It just hasn't happened. TS respects their team, communication is clear, support is everywhere and they give you zero reason to not want to come to work. I look forward to the office every day. I love being here! Fast growing, room to advance - you're valued for your abilities and potential, here.

Cons

Uhh.. I don't know. I'd like to be paid more, but I've never been so well compensated in a customer service role.
