The training was decent, and the role provided valuable experience in sales, customer service, and financial products. Many of the colleagues I worked with were supportive and helpful.
Cons
I was terminated after only about two and a half months with the company. Employees were informed that the company had lost funding, which was cited as the reason for the layoffs. The experience was particularly difficult because there was little advance notice, leaving many employees scrambling to find new employment. It was also confusing to see the company continue hiring around the same period, which created uncertainty and raised questions about workforce planning and communication.
