      The company sent numerous emails to all Spring Professional staff in Australia forcefully asking them to leave a positive, 5 star review on Glass Door. Managers constantly hounded staff to complete the reviews and to confirm with them when it was done. HR did add “to be completed by COB Wednesday 27 June 2018” in the initial email we received. Therefor almost all 5 star reviews are most certainly not true! The truth is, the company is managed by incompetent Managers where staff are provided with untrue and misleading information which leads to unrealistic expectations. If you are planning on joining the business be one step ahead and do not fall for their empty promises. Negotiate salary and your terms as I believe they are desperate for staff!

      Pros

      Salary was high to get you in the door. Also overly generous commission scheme for the first 6 months for the same reason. Being part of The Adecco Group also has benefits eg. retail discounts, free tennis tickets, etc...

      Cons

      Essentially the Melbourne office is run by a narcissist. He will be your best friend while it serves his purpose but is only really only worried how he is perceived and will always put himself first. Almost every Manager in the business has resigned (along with many others) and the team has gone from 25 down to about 10. Also, management expects you do to plenty of BD but never do any themselves. This is a sinking ship you don't want to get on!

      Well, I guess it sort of existed as an entity whist I was there. But I’m also keen to agree with other negative reviews. The guy who ‘runs’ it is a narccicist

      Still waiting for the Adecco group to pay a chunk of my super. They seem not to care about this or to be answering any of my emails so I guess I’ll just wait and see. It’s now been a year and a half since i worked for these jokers
