Pros

The benefits are great, you will get more vacation time than you will know what to do with and the insurance package is better than most in the area. You will also meet and work with some truly great and exceptional people.

Cons

You will also work with some truly awful people who don't care about the population that they were hired to support. This leads to the pay rate, maybe if Springbrook would offer a competitive pay rate they would be able to hire some quality employees, but $12 and hour is not that enticing. The staffing has been a huge issue for years and it is only getting worse, Springbrook is generally running on a skeleton crew, but don't worry about how they will meet their minimum staffing levels, they will just mandate you for doubles/triples.

Pros

Opportunities for growth within the company. Working with the individuals and helping them improve by itself is incredibly rewarding.

Cons

Staffing is a consistent issue across campus leaving people to be pulled away from their primary duties to meet minimum staffing requirements.

Pros

Good introduction to ABA services. There are a lot of good people that work here. Reasonable road to advancement. Benefits are nice. A good place to network with some really good/well intentioned people. CEO is pushing expansion, so there are new opportunities always coming up.

Cons

Very low wages compared to other major employers in the area. If you want to make money look to chobani or nursing. Corporate culture does not promote respect towards teaching assistants. People with the same title as you will be your supervisor and make more money than you because they work full time at the school.
