Unlimited PTO, great people and everyone is collaborative, no micromanaging (in my experience with my particular team, you're trusted to own your work

Can be busier particular times of year, though execs are transparent sometimes they can fluff it too much - we're adults so we can handle the truth!

Very lean, and have a lot of responsibilites that may fall out of your scope of labeled responsibilites, however it balances out with the support you get from other members.
