Pros

Very happy in my department. The management I work with is open to new ideas and has committed to making improvements in processes. There has been a lot of advancement since I started here a few years ago, showing that it’s more than just talk.

Cons

Definitely does things differently than other publishers, but that isn’t always a bad thing
