A lot of really good people working there.
Cons
Owner makes poor choices when it comes to integrity with management. He blindly trusts his gsm who has a long history of illegal sales practices as well as a proven history of syphoning money from the dealership. This gsm has zero management skills. Doesn’t motivate employees, set realistic goals or has any team building skills. Plus, his wife is head of HR so you will not get any consideration from her if you want to voice a concern.
