We would be happy to learn more specifics on how we can actively improve employee / manager relations. The SHA regularly and actively engages in Labor Management Meetings to work together and create positive employee / employer relations. SHA employees are asked to complete both entrance and exit interviews as well as follow SHA’s Grievance Procedures in order to obtain maximum employee satisfaction and employer-employee relations. Following these procedures are crucial to obtaining the necessary factual information and completing investigations.
