Great experience to work with kids and get an understanding of them if you are going into teaching.

Hard work and Managers don't always make the best decisions. There was usually tension between those in my role and the leadership and manager group due to poor treatment. Not a strict policy for means of termination for a child out of camp was a very lenient system.
