Pros

I will be straight forward. Totally Remote - You can work from anywhere, Work Culture is great- You get recognition from anyone in the organization, teams are cooperative and understanding, You can reach out to any team if you have any questions or issues, they won't say no. The Leadership believes in each of his employees no matter what the scenario is. From allowing employees regardless of the department to speak their mind to facing and answering to harsh brutal critics. (You can rarely find a CEO answering to your questions or concerns). Leave policy is far better than other organizations, Compensation part given that it is a remote role is quite good as well. Annual appraisals- Perks (perks may change as per annual review)(You already saving a lot by working from home so perks must not be the priority) The Best Part- You are not limited to your own role (you should never be). You can be moved to other desired department as well, if you prove yourself. I have seen an Ops- intern getting moved to SDE just 2 weeks after he joined. Basically your work here is seen and recognized. Helping you to grow individually and professionally.

Cons

Will let you know once I find out. I know, most of you could be feeling as if I am exaggerating things but no- This is the most honest review for this company you can ever find. Rest people have different mindsets and different opinions.

Pros

Decent place for interns or freshers to start their careers. Yearly offsite. Remote Work/Work from anywhere Work Life Balance is okay

Cons

Lots of micromanagement - every hour is tracked in the sprint process, which gets tiring fast. Very little scope for experienced folks to learn or grow - feels more like a place to just settle. Huge pay differences between devs, and people don’t feel valued. No recognition for good work. Teammates aren’t very helpful, which makes things harder. Perks like WFH benefits and workations have been cut, and might be gone permanently along with other allowances. Many good people have already left, and it’s not hard to see why.
