Pay is bad. Mgmt sucks bad

This company is their own worst enemy in growth. The larger company that acquired them has no idea of how bad it is day-to-day. Prepare to be micromanaged and underpaid. They seek people who need a job and in-turn find people who will do the job the cheapest. Everyone is underpaid, web room management will micromanage you, and hopefully you like your position. There is absolutely no room for growth. President will tell you vast plans that are coming in the future for you. They won’t. It’s only a tactic to get you out of his office and to keep doing your work. Stay away. If Stockholm’s syndrome was a company this is it.
