Pros

Working the concerts and shows, as well as enteracting with regular premium customers can be a rewarding and enjoyable experience

Cons

Senior leadership often lacks the necessary guidance and support for their teams, creating an environment where employees feel constantly scrutinized. There is little tolerance for minor mistakes, and communication regarding performance issues is typically absent, leaving individuals uncertain about their standing. This atmosphere can be unsettling and may hinder long-term career growth. Many leaders have been with the organization for over 15 years, resulting in stagnant job titles and limited opportunities for advancement. Moreover, the process of termination can be handled with a lack of respect and dignity. Employees often find themselves dismissed without adequate explanation, as illustrated by an instance where someone was told, 'You can ask [why you’re being fired], but that’s not something we’re going to discuss with you.' This disregard for transparency and respect is disheartening and contributes to an overall negative work environment.
