      Awesome co-workers and a lot of knowledge you will acquired throught the years. There's an annual salary increase.

      Pros

      Your hardwork will be recognized. Work from home for those who lived faraway. Only one day onsite per week for people who are near to the office.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any since I’m contented as long as they pay me or recognized my hardwork.
