Pros

Helpful and Talented Engineering team and HR. Working with the engineers was motivating and helpful to career development. The company's MO is busy but not stressful. Get to work on many different aspects of engineering as the size to the company is small/midsize.

Cons

Company is the victim of lack of competition. There technology is not modern almost across the board and much work needs to be done to keep their industry leading position. The company's facilities/equipment need significant investment and upgrades. [Although it is improving]

In addition to our own internal standards for the highest quality, we work with a number of industry partners to help increase awareness about the dangers of radon. Over the past few years, we have taken significant steps to invest in our infrastructure such as a new warehouse facility, state-of-the-art testing laboratory, and expanding our R&D lab for our engineering team. We agree - this industry continues to evolve, pushing us to evaluate new products and partnerships. This is also what makes our work so rewarding!

Customer serviced oriented from the top on down striving to deliver the best products possible. Passionate ownership that truly invests in the employees; creating an environment for all to thrive. 25+ years and still growing!

Cons

No one is perfect but having worked or visited hundreds of other companies around the country and globe if you get a chance to work at Spruce don't let the opportunity slip out of your grasp

I see this one person walking around the floor vaping and with his eyes closed like he’s on something he doesn’t do nothing about that I’m good just to show u what type of people upstairs running the show with there eyes closed
