Pros

Remote work although they micro manage

Cons

Micro management on daily tasks egoistic managers Even though remote constantly asking to turn cameras even for developers no flexibility to work from anywhere which most remote companies allow They lie that they are very open but are very toxic, in 3-4 months they show true colours

While we respect that every team member has their own preferences, we want to provide some clarity around our camera-on policy. As a remote-first company, we place a high priority on building strong working relationships and effective collaboration across distributed teams. Requiring cameras to be on during team meetings is a deliberate, consistent, and clearly communicated part of our culture. With a remote-first workforce, we have found that camera-on conversations are more engaging, team members are more connected, and communication is clear. This policy applies consistently to all team members, from C-level throughout the entire organization. Participation in this shared expectation is important for maintaining the collaborative environment we work hard to foster.
