      Nothing that I observed or came across.

      Cons

      1. Unapologetic & Senseless Co-Founder (Shouts at people openly on floor). 2. Horrible HR Team. They are busy gossiping & giggling whole day. Zero function knowledge. Brand ambassadors of corporate politics. 3. Favoritism is visible on floor & Management is pretty cool with it. 4. Very high attrition because of Incapable Leaders, HR & Management favorites. 5. Zero Job Security.

      Worst work environment The upper management is useless Sanjay and Shahab are major hypocrites Didn't enjoy a single day of my work there HR is higher management's puppet In terms of work, they have 0 work ethic.

      Pros

      It's worth joining if you don't have an offer from anywhere else . But keep applying outside after joining Spyne.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what they are doing. Unfair pay and horrible working hours. Be ready to answer calls at 1 AM. Unethical HR "Sahiba Ali" won't release your experience letter. Not suitable for experienced people!

In the last one year, we have been working rigorously on our HR and employee policies to make it more employee friendly and address the issues highlighted by our people. Startups always have a challenge finding and retaining the best talents. We have added lot of experienced people in our higher management and teams to ensure everyone is heard and best policies are put in place to ensure proper work-life balance. We definitely have come a long way in the last one year and are working on creating a strong culture of innovation, creativity and employee satisfaction.
