No proper work structure or SOPs Accounting system (UBS) is outdated and poorly utilized Documents are not filed in order — neither by date nor invoice number Poor record-keeping and chaotic filing systems Unreasonable and emotionally reactive leadership One director in particular made the work environment extremely stressful No professional boundaries — decisions often made impulsively Completely unorganized from an accounting and management perspective
