Pros

this company used to be a good one when it was Ibtikar!

Cons

-No health insurance from 2019 -No medical insurance will be applied in 2022 -The market place model ruined everything, it's more of slavery place not market place! -They are escaping from taxes by giving the salaries to third party that distribute them on their behalf -No clear heirarcy, if you have a complain, you might find someone could hear you, but they will do nothing to repair the situation anyway. -Very bad management and business decisions. -Very bad Project managers team ,they treat developers in a mean ways and they act like the developer is a slave, work extra hours without being paid or even APPRECIATED. -People get promoted and positioned based on hypocrisy not on quality of work or skills. -They receive so much bad quality projects and clients! -My expectation it will be shut down soon. -New policy will be applied for old employees, that if you are idle you will receive NO salary! you are a freelancer you're not an employee anymore! it's layoff in disguise :) .

Pros

The team at Squadio is supportive, friendly, and collaborative, making it easy to work with them on complex projects. Everyone is willing to help out and offer guidance when needed, which creates a positive work environment.

Cons

While Squadio offers competitive salaries and a flexible work environment, some employees may find that the benefits package is relatively limited. For example, there may be limited options for health insurance, or paid time off. This can be a concern for employees who value comprehensive benefits packages.

Pros

- Salary is in USD - Variety of projects and clients. - The PM team is friendly and cooperative

Cons

- Actually, the management in Squadio is not professional at all, and here is why: -- There aren't any privileges in the company except your salary no social or medical insurance is provided. -- Management lacks clear and fair procedures for getting some extra privileges like promotions, salary bonuses, event invitations, and so on. You get surprised that some of the team members have them while others do not. -- They hire you as a product manager but your actual work is a product owner and scrum master together which even contradicts the agile methodologies. -- No clear value propositions for their clients and really poor conflict-resolving skills when conflicts happen. You are a salve for the client. -- No clear evaluation system and promotions. Only certain people are promoted neglecting the other excellent capabilities that exist in the team. -- The internal operations of the company are very chaotic. No clear procedures for following up with the developers' quality of delivery or even conflict resolution. -- HR team barely exists and they can take weeks to respond. -- No clear career paths or development.
