- the top management is a huge problem here - you have to follow your job title and never try something new even if it can help the company. - they don’t ask yo developer if they want to become team lead but recrut a new one - everything is political - there is so many people that quit (80% of the office leave? Not a problem, it’s a common issue ...) - Personally, I think I start a depression but leave the company at the right moment.

- Malicious Higher Management (if you disagree with their opinion, you get ghosted or removed from meetings - happened to team leads and developers alike) - Higher Management often curses & is disrespectful to employees - Higher Management constantly pulling employees away from priority work to work on what is "fun" for them. - Higher Management is unreceptive to feedback and believes they always make the right choices while refusing to accept responsibility for their shortcomings. - Mixed roles and responsibilities (For example, one person was CTO & CEO) - Abysmal communication between higher management and development teams. Critical information was regularly hoarded and presented too late, never communicated or communicated in a way that didn't make sense to the teams.
