      Great culture, smart people!

      Pros

      There's a big focus on employee satisfaction and maintaining a culture where people can constantly improve. People are given the latitude to take action and make things happen. As a whole, colleagues are very welcoming and willing to pitch in when needed, even in areas that may not be their expertise.

      Cons

      It's a startup company, which means that the pace of change is very fast. I don't consider this a con, but you need to be okay with change for this to be a fit.

      Pros

      The company culture combined with challenging and fun work make for a great combination of brain and soul food. I wake up everyday and look forward to Getting It Done. The people are all smart, accountable and appreciate keeping things focused AND fun.

      Cons

      Growth and expansion are great, but there are pain points that come with the growth. Everyone is very busy so it can be hard to get the attention and time of internal stakeholders.

      Great Culture, Amazing People, Interesting Work

      Pros

      - Caring, compassionate, individualized culture (flexible hours, unlimited PTO) - Management truly cares about your personal and professional growth - The work is fun and constantly changing (at least in my role), which keeps things interesting - The people you get to work with are truly wonderful, all the way from C-suite to individual contributors. Every one wants to do their absolute best both for the customer and to contribute to the team goals

      Cons

      These aren't necessarily cons but pieces that make things challenging at times: - We're a bootstrapped start-up, so with that comes some resource limitations (aka we don't have huge corporate budget), but it makes things exciting and keeps things feeling authentic - Cross departmental communication could be better, but it's a constant work in progress
