Pros

The pay comparatively is really good. You will be compensated fairly for your role. That is the only only genuine “pro” about this company, as an employee.

Cons

While the company promotes itself as people focused and inclusive, the internal experience can vary greatly depending on circumstance and timing. Structural changes, role realignments, and shifting leadership priorities can create instability and a lack of transparency about expectations. Employees returning from extended leave or navigating personal challenges may find limited practical support and inconsistent communication about evolving responsibilities. Decision making is often centralised, with limited local empowerment, and feedback channels can feel one sided. Policies that appear progressive on paper may not always translate into equitable practices. In fast paced corporate transitions, operational clarity, psychological safety, and consistency in treatment can be difficult to maintain. Those considering leadership or compliance related roles should carefully clarify reporting structures, long term scope, and available training resources. A clear written understanding of responsibilities and protections is advisable before accepting or returning to any role here. Know your employment rights - they are bullies.

Pros

There are smart, good co-workers.

Cons

The smart, good co-workers are leaving. There is low morale across all departments and leadership doesn’t care. They have their pets and favor men to promote and reward. The lack of women in leadership roles is alarming.
