Pros

Other employees were kind and accepting. Very open and nice office. Training was easy to understand and learn quickly. Good break room.

Cons

Every day you work, you feel the risk of being fired. People were let go during my time there without reasoning or notice. The CEO would commonly nap in the office and try to think of ways to spend the companies money. People who were training were let go without a reason during the second week of training and forced to find new employment without notice. Awful budgeting with companies money. They have been trying to add a new office for 6 months but haven't finished because of funding yet will spend $9000 on Apple watches for publicity.

Pros

Beautiful office, great location. Mediocre pay and decent benefits. Flat structure... for people who are into it, there's beer on tap and a pool table.

Cons

Expected to put up with CEOs antics, go out and drink heavily through the week, tolerate constant inappropriate and lawsuit-worthy language.

There really is not much to be positive about except for the laid back policies

Cons

The positive reviews are made by employees on direction of management directly. They want to keep that rating up to fool prospective employees. There are only 2 CSR over the age of 30. Everyone else in there is 20 something. They do discriminate and they do not care about you unless you kiss butt. They claim to be "new age" but it's just highschool games. Seriously pathetic that they have to put up fake reviews. If you notice, the media specialist posts constantly. Considering there are only a couple it's obviously fake
