Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry you found the environment hostile! It is odd the description was "hostile" and very concerning. The employees are solo and seldom work with others. The only time the employees come to the office is: if they need refills, pick up special supplies, team meetings or management meeting. Are you sure you have the right company? We do get reviews here that belong to another company.
Our employees earn between 20-24+ or more an hour. Our top earners make between 800-1000.00 a week, so no, we don't reimburse mileage, this made clear in the interview as well as in the company policy. However, with the current trend in gas prices, we have started a temporary reimbursement, as well schedule efficiency so that our staff are driving less than 12 miles per day. The staff are very appreciative of the actions we have taken to help with gas prices and keeping mileage down to a minimum whenever we can.
Please reach out to the company, so that they will know and can take action to make corrections.
