Toxic work culture - If working in IT think again.

Great projects. Nice office and creative space. Some staff are easy to work with just not in Pipeline or IT.

Cons

Unappreciative and disregarding of extra hours of time taken to make deadlines. Micro aggressive comments unrelated to work have been given from both colleagues and senior members of the Pipeline staff. Toxic behaviour from colleagues deemed acceptable.

Unsatisfactory management, but otherwise a good entry level experience. Lovely colleagues.

Pros

Some lovely people working there. Fun work drinks every Weds. Interesting and different projects.

Cons

Not my experience but some others only worked on particular client projects and nothing else. Poor management which led me to leave.
