      There is no pros to this company.

      Cons

      CEO, ELT are the main cons to the company, They will hire people only for 6 months. Once 6 month is over they will throw them out. They will do all kind of politics to throw you out. One of the ELT member is a relative of CEO so they work for their benefit alone. No work life balance. You will be treated like a dog. If you have more knowledge than ELT then you are not fit to work and you will be fired. No job security you can expect any friday you will be called to collect your revealing letter. There is no option to give negative rating if it was there i would have given that. Instead of joining here it's better to sit ideal at home.

      No pros in this company, completely waste of time

      Cons

      Worst place to work with. HR has got enough knowledge of nothing. Salary mentioned in offer letter would differ than real salary will be different. A complete wasteland sitting in the company. Srinsoft has no offices in the US, Dubai and other areas, they have a small team working in a container in Dubai. Please don’t even try to join this company and waste your career. I should not even give this one star for this company.

      If no other job then fine.. Untill the bond is over don't expect any salary hike. - ready for all these.. Then this is good company Leadership ???? Motivation !!!! Personal growth **** Yes it is ONLY for the founders personal growth - Increments :(:(:(:( - Why?

      Lack of experience - how can they get experience?? Policies - only favourable to employer. Changes based on current trend. If you are good then you will be in deep trouble when you resign. Better be average.
