      Pros

      Working alongside people with a hopeful outlook on life and a heart for serving others including friars and nuns

      Cons

      This is probably the least professional organization I have ever been involved with. Awful leadership from the CEO down. HR is an absolute nightmare. Non-existent health and wellness support for one of the most stressful jobs out there. They view their workforce as disposable.

      Toxic Work Environment, Poorest Management and Stressful Work

      Foundation's mission is to help the underprivileged community

      Cons

      Very stressful environment. Work life balance is almost zero. Poorest management. CEO is not willing to handle the toxic work culture and office politics; sugarcoats everything but doesn't take any action. Worst HR department. The CIO of the DTM team is very Narcissistic. At the beginning, he is friendly; then bullies his team members—if anyone doesn't listen to him, he makes their life miserable until they resign. DO NOT get involved with them thinking they are helping the underprivileged community and doing the nobel work by helping the great cause.
