      Pros

      If I could think of one I would name it. I started looking for a new job a week after I started.

      Cons

      A dinosaur of an organization. Unprofessional rag tag group without a recognizable positive culture of any kind. I left there without any samples I'd show to outside world after management dumbed it down to their level.

      The office closed at 3:00 p.m. on Fridays.

      If you interview with this agency, do your homework. Seek opportunities to speak to employees informally before you accept any offer. Ask smart questions. Get a contract, if you can. If at all possible, be related by birth or marriage to the owners. If you're determined to accept an offer, good luck to you.
