Cons
This organization is deceptive from the start regarding hours you will work, travel requirements, daily operations, and qualifications of staff. The CEO is a bully. 99% of the staff are not qualified or educated to provide the services, unethical practices, zero communication or support and recently investigated by IDPH with findings and they continue to be sneaky and unethical. I had to constantly reach out to outside resources for help because there is zero support within. Emails regarding important issues went unanswered on a constant basis. They are only concerned with getting money in the door and do so at the detriment of staff and vulnerable clients. Be aware that you will be lied to about everything from the very beginning and you will be required to travel but they won't tell you that upfront.
