Pros

Fantastic brands and general autonomy

Cons

They treat people like absolute trash even people who’ve devoted their whole career to the company. They allow bullying and intimidation and no matter how long you work there, you don’t even get a cost of living increase.

Pros

Interesting work that could occasionally be meaningful

Cons

An extremely cheap company, zero raises, low salaries and lower morale, terrible office location, constant pressure to do more with less as colleagues quit or are laid off, lack of junior staffers=zero fresh ideas, infrastructure issues (staffers using their own computers), no company phones, terrible office wifi and hardly any connected meeting rooms.
