      Pros

      Best coworkers I’ve ever had! Teamwork is heavily valued and it shows. Management changed after being bought by providence but is mostly friendly. Most managers and coordinators show actual concern for staffing issues and try their best to solve staffing shortages. I’ve always felt valued as an employee at this hospital and know my work is appreciated by my peers and management.

      Cons

      Pay compensation is horrific. Lowest paid hospital in Orange County. I’d consider staying until retirement if pay was more competitive but sadly I’m easily drowning in this economy with current hourly pay.
