Pros

Flexible remote work, great co-workers, challenging work that kept you busy and never bored.

Cons

There were large case loads and some higher turnover in the other departments. The pay was very low.

Pros

Solid benefits. Flexing time is easy to do. Teammates are friendly.

Cons

No career mobility unless you're at the company for years. Pay could be better, and salary increases are limited. IT is regularly disrespected by other departments, and we're just told to stick up for ourselves. Tech infrastructure is an absolute mess. Constantly promoting being open to change and new ideas, but innovation is regularly limited if not straight up hindered. Higher-ups are very slow to respond on pressing matters but have no issue walking around and making chit chat.
