      Pros

      Honestly I feel like a person at the library. Compared to my last job, Starbucks, I felt less than those who came in to order coffees, but at the library, I feel cared for and am able to use their services just like the patrons can.

      Cons

      The pay isn't quite livable. It's better than most entry level, but wish it was more.

      Pros

      Nice facilities, well run organization. Pleasant working conditions. Low stress, yet many things to learn so not boring.

      Cons

      No real downsides. I understand there are usually 80+ applicants for each branch opening, so it's hard to get an offer. Keep trying if you get a rejection.
