1. Bullying culture which is condoned

4. Feedback is not welcomed
5. Do not accommodate the needs of their staff
6. Uninterested in developing their staff
7. HR do not care about the wellbeing or complaints of the staff. If they did I seriously wonder how some people in the management team have a job.
8. Bonus? What bonus - they find a reason give you hardly anything
9. Commission - you’re lucky to get the full amount through no fault of your own.
10. As if by this point you need another reason to decline a position, but here it is, they systematically dismiss staff… very high turn over. If you’re not liked - you don’t last long. They will fabricate a reason to get rid of you… particularly if you’re coming up to 2 years service
