      Freedom to work at own pace.

      Cons

      The maintenance guy who worked outside of the company, in a building I was assigned to was very annoying and hard to work with. Bombarded me with numerous calls. I quit so I could get some peace away from him. I could have easily transferred but I had something else lined up.
