Getting to know local community and continuously working with other teams.
Cons
Blaming culture coming from the top, no actions taken towards bully behaviour, no appropriate training provided for the coordination of the service... You learn as you go and after being treated like stupid. High turnover of staff and absense for sickness (inc. burnout cases) never investigated/addressed, etc. Managers play their own rules, it doesn't even feel like an NHS service.
