Pros
Getting to know local community and continuously working with other teams.
Cons
Blaming culture coming from the top, no actions taken towards bully behaviour, no appropriate training provided for the coordination of the service... You learn as you go and after being treated like stupid. High turnover of staff and absense for sickness (inc. burnout cases) never investigated/addressed, etc. Managers play their own rules, it doesn't even feel like an NHS service.

Good location, nice building, adequate if overpriced canteen.
Cons
Top heavy management and low on admin and clinical staff making for stressful environment with very long response time after appointments so patient contact can be distressing.
