      Good starting point for anyone who wants to jump start their career, or someome who wants to find good people to work with.

      Cons

      1. The salary could be better. 2. HR is too uptight, even with the smallest things. Oh you are stationed at the 6th floor and you need to go to the rest room? You cant use the restroom at the 5th floor, go down to the 4th floor and pee there. If you're an HR at SP and you're reading this, you know who I am talking about *wink wink*
