The finance guy is head of HR who has never worked in a classroom. They tell you one thing and do the opposite. The pay is terrible. Admin will never have your back. expect to do the job of 5 different people because they are so short staffed. Benefits are extremely expensive. Sick time is only 4 hours a month. Salary people have to earn their sick time and vacation time, they can never be late, they can never leave early, and are expected to work some evenings, weekends, and attend after work meetings. Also there is zero room for growth, advancement or raises.
