Great mission overshadowed by a toxic accounting department

The organization has such a great mission of serving the poor and marginalized in our community

Cons

Accounting Department is toxic. No one in the department gets along, lots of back-stabbing. Accounting department has had a complete turnover (within the last 3 years), and is working on a second complete turnover

I liked the majority of my coworkers, but the turnover is nuts so don't get too attached.

Cons

Benefits, leadership does not care about anyone who is not at their level, turnover is so high and they do nothing to rectify the issue, horrible onboarding with it focusing more on religion and the site tour than the actual job. Absolute lack of awareness for mental health and health insurance benefits. HR will not provide correct responses, and is careless and biased.
