Staance is like no other place you'll ever work. We are global family of positive thinking geniuses that work as a hive mind to build the most epic social platform the world has ever seen. Every team member has an equal voice and is expected to use it. Titles are only what you do, not who you are. Egos are left at the door or your log in screen. We are here to build and improve upon our gift to the world.
